- leading an informal working group that has included representatives of Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Dassault and Cessna, and the Trade Representatives in Moscow from the US, Canada and France on ongoing work to obtain an exemption from import VAT for aircraft imported to Russia for commercial use; and
- completion of acquisitions of Boeing aircraft by a Russian airline, and negotiations with Russian regional airlines about their planned acquisition of aircraft.
